Diploma in Reflexology - Foundation level 1 (2 Days In Person) - £475
This professional and accredited Diploma in Reflexology is designed for those wishing to practise reflexology as a stand-alone therapy or integrate it into their existing therapy practice. The course include 8 hours of pre course self study and 2 days in person practical training.
Suitable for both qualified therapists and complete beginners, this course provides the essential knowledge and practical skills required to deliver a full, effective and professional reflexology treatment with confidence. By the end of the course, you will have the skills, knowledge, and confidence to provide professional reflexology treatments and begin incorporating them into your practice.
Reflexology is a healing practice founded on the idea that the feet mirror the body: every organ and system has a corresponding point. By applying targeted pressure and specific massage techniques to the soles and tops of the feet, reflexology aims to support circulation, ease tension, assist the body’s natural detox processes, and encourage healthier overall function. Many people also seek reflexology for concerns such as digestive discomfort, migraines, general aches and pains, hormonal imbalance, and menstrual issues. It’s a calming counterbalance to the pressures of modern life.
For therapists, reflexology is a versatile addition to your toolkit. It can be offered as a standalone service, incorporated into treatment packages, or added as a mini session to longer therapies like body massage and facials.

Certificate in manual lymphatic drainage massage - (2 Days In Person) - £320
This intensive 2‑day training provides practical, hands‑on instruction in Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD) using the Vodder method, which involves gentle stretching, gripping, and scooping to move lymph through delicate vessels to the nodes. MLD massage helps remove excess fluid and waste from the body and supports the transport of white blood cells. By working with the lymphatic system, it’s believed to assist with issues like lymphoedema, lipoidaemia, and pre‑ or post‑surgery recovery by aiding or preventing oedema, amongst other benefits.
On the in person days, you will practice application techniques to build skill and understanding, experiencing the effects and benefits of MLD first hand. Upon booking, you’ll receive a course manual requiring about 8 hours of pre‑course study.
The program teaches a full‑body MLD sequence, post‑surgery treatment approaches, and how to confidently apply safe, effective lymphatic techniques that support healing, reduce swelling, and promote recovery. Designed to stimulate lymph flow, it can help minimize post‑surgical swelling and address swelling from certain medical conditions.
This course is ideal for massage therapists and bodyworkers looking to expand their clinical skills and offer this relaxing yet stimulating therapy as part of their services.
