By the end of the course, you will have the skills, knowledge, and confidence to provide professional reflexology treatments and begin incorporating them into your practice.
Reflexology is a healing practice founded on the idea that the feet mirror the body: every organ and system has a corresponding point. By applying targeted pressure and specific massage techniques to the soles and tops of the feet, reflexology aims to support circulation, ease tension, assist the body’s natural detox processes, and encourage healthier overall function. Many people also seek reflexology for concerns such as digestive discomfort, migraines, general aches and pains, hormonal imbalance, and menstrual issues. It’s a calming counterbalance to the pressures of modern life.
For therapists, reflexology is a versatile addition to your toolkit. It can be offered as a standalone service, incorporated into treatment packages, or added as a mini session to longer therapies like body massage and facials.

Certificate in manual lymphatic drainage massage - £320
(home study & 2 days practical in-person training)
This intensive two‑day training offers practical, hands‑on instruction in Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD) using the Vodder method, which uses gentle stretching, gripping, and scooping to move lymph through delicate vessels toward the nodes. MLD helps clear excess fluid and waste from the body while supporting white blood cell transport. Working with the lymphatic system is believed to aid issues like lymphoedema, lipoedema, and recovery before or after surgery by helping prevent or reduce swelling, among other benefits.
During the in‑person sessions, you’ll practice techniques to build your skills and understanding, experiencing the effects and benefits first-hand. Upon booking, you’ll receive a course manual that takes about eight hours of pre‑course study.
MLD isn’t a massage to rush—it takes time to learn the process and safely deliver effective results. The program covers a full‑body sequence, post‑surgery approaches, and how to confidently use lymphatic techniques that promote healing, reduce swelling, and support recovery. Designed to stimulate lymph flow, it can help minimise post‑surgical swelling and address certain‑related swelling. Alongside the Vodder method, you’ll also learn the Traditional Chinese Method, allowing you to combine both techniques if you wish.
This course is perfect for massage therapists and body-workers wanting to expand their clinical skills and offer a relaxing yet stimulating therapy in their practice.
